Our Story
As the son of a retired Navy Chief Petty Officer, Billy Ray learned the importance of integrity, honesty, and discipline. His mother, a loving wife and devoted mother, would often remind him of the importance of having a dream, setting goals, and achieving them.
His first job was washing dishes for a catering company off Bourbon Street in the heart of New Orleans, Louisiana. Upon graduating high school he completed culinary school specializing in French, Creole, and Cajun Cuisine. His experiences during his culinary career has taken him in many directions, including working for The Hyatt Regency, Sheraton, Emeril Lagasse, Brennan Family, Delta Queen Steamboat Co, Offshore Catering Companies and other great establishments.

Overloading the dumpster means that debris could fly off as we are hauling it away and cause serious accidents and damages. Please do not fill the dumpster beyond the side railing. We have several roll-off dumpster sizes available if you feel you have a large load.

As you can see, a larger size dumpster was needed for this job. Unfortunately, because of the additional work and time required for addressing issues like these, you will be charged additional fees. A dumpster cannot be hauled away until it is unloaded, all items are even with the side rails, and debris is not protruding out of the top of the dumpster.

Please remember to leave a clear path for dumpster pickup. If your dumpster is being blocked by a vehicle or other objects when we arrive for pick up and no one is present to move it, it is considered a pickup attempt and the customer will be billed.
